Deep Cleans and Inital Cleans
Initial cleans and deep cleans include all the services of a maintenance clean (below) as well as the services listed to the right. These cleans aim to create a fresh start for the space and requires an attention to detail. All of our cleans can have additional services requested and include professional touches.
Basic cleans and maintenance cleans
Basic and maintenance cleans focus on the upkeep of the space and the clients stress points. For every clean we take we implement speed cleaning techniques to professionally and efficiently renew a space. These cleans entail all of the services listed to the right but special requests are welcomed!
Move in/out cleans
For move out/ move in cleans, the cleaning space should be empty. This includes all furniture being removed, cabinets emptied and every corner decluttered. The goal is to prepare the living space for the next resident and to leave it in the best possible condition to meet the security deposit refund requirements. A big misconception of move-out cleans is that since the space is empty the clean shouldn't take long; but in reality they are the most detail oriented cleans.
