We follow a thorough course of action to achieve this with the first step being a walk through. You can choose to book your walk through in the days prior to the clean or in the same day just before the clean begins. During our walk throughs the client is able to clearly communicate their concerns and stress points while a professional cleaner will go through a quick questionnaire to gather more information! We offer an abundance of add on services to customize your clean to fit your needs. These services can be rotated in and out using the Rotating Services System, purchased individually, or bundled to save! All of our cleans are executed using speed cleaning techniques and include professional touches to create a stress free, efficient cleaning experience.
Initial/Deep Clean
The Initial/deep clean is a detail-oriented clean that focuses on giving the space a fresh start for easy future maintenance. We recommend a deep clean every 2-3 months to ensure no hard to reach spots are missed. An alternative to this is the Rotating Services System. Initial cleans renew the space, paying attention to every detail, to allow for quick and efficient maintenance cleans. Let us take care of the dirty work so you can relax and enjoy your day!
Maintenance/Basic Clean
The Maintenance/Basic clean focuses on the upkeep of the space, often scheduled after a deep cleans. Basic cleans are efficient as the cleaner has gotten to know the layout and the clients top priorities. During these cleans we prioritize high-traffic areas while including professional touches. Allowing us to take care of the upkeep of life will allow you to indulge in a pristine home without lifting a finger!
Move Out/In CLean
Move out/in cleans focus on renewing a space and making it presentable for the next residents. Although the space should be empty this is still the most detail-oriented clean. During a move in/out clean the we aim to completely renew the space and leave it spotless. Let us transform your space and make it brand new while reliving the stress from you!

For our vacation rental cleans/ cleans with a high turnover rate we provide a thorough cleaning and sanitation before the next visitor. Due to the fact that these are frequent cleans, they are quick and efficient yet include professional touches. Event Cleans
No matter what the event or special occasion is, we are there to clean up the mess that is left behind! Everyone dreads the inevitable clean up after all the stress of setting up an event; so let us make it easy. We can arrive discreetly as the event is ending or the next day to clean up any trash, recycling or debris!
Add on services
Each cleaning service we offer is able to have extra services added to adhere to our clients needs. These services can be added on individually with pricing ranging from $3-$25 per service. Other options include the Rotating Services System, which allows you to rotate out up to 5 services for a set price, or bundling services for a discount. During our walkthrough, the client can discuss their wishes and any add on services.
